Delete your Utkal Laundry account
This page is for the Utkal Laundry customer app by developer Utkal Laundry (package dev.akashpattnaik.utkal_laundry, as shown on Google Play). Use it to request deletion of your account. No login required.
How to request deletion — email us
- Email utkallaundry@gmail.com from your registered email address (or mention your registered mobile number).
- Use subject “Delete my Utkal Laundry account” and include your name + registered mobile number so we can find your account.
- We verify ownership, delete your account within 30 days, and confirm by email. Signing out of the app alone is not deletion.
Prefer in-app? Open the Utkal Laundry app → My Account → Delete Account → confirm.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted within 30 days
- Customer profile: name, mobile number, delivery address, pincode, alternate contact
- Email address and Google Sign-In link (Google user ID, profile photo URL)
- On-device cached profile and preferences
- WhatsApp reminder opt-in
- Delivery addresses stored on your orders (personal identifiers removed)
Retained (anonymised) + retention period
- Anonymised billing records: bill number, items, quantities, rates, amounts, discounts, payment mode — kept up to 6 years for GST / accounting, as required by Indian law.
- Name, mobile, address, and email are removed or anonymised from those records.
- After the retention period, anonymised aggregates only (no personal data).
