Delete your Utkal Laundry data
This page is for the Utkal Laundry customer app by developer Utkal Laundry (package dev.akashpattnaik.utkal_laundry, as shown on Google Play). Use it to request deletion of your personal data — with or without deleting your account. No login required.
How to request data deletion — email us
- Email utkallaundry@gmail.com from your registered email address (or mention your registered mobile number).
- Use subject “Delete my Utkal Laundry data” and tell us what to delete: profile / addresses / order history / all data, plus your name + registered mobile number.
- We verify ownership, delete the requested data within 30 days, and confirm by email. To delete the whole account instead, use Delete my account.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted within 30 days
- Profile data: name, mobile number, email, delivery addresses, pincode
- Google Sign-In link (Google user ID, profile photo URL)
- On-device cached profile and preferences
- WhatsApp reminder opt-in
- Personal identifiers on order history (on request: full order rows minus tax records)
Retained (anonymised) + retention period
- Anonymised billing records: bill number, items, quantities, rates, amounts, discounts, payment mode — kept up to 6 years for GST / accounting, as required by Indian law.
- Name, mobile, address, and email are removed or anonymised from those records.
- After the retention period, anonymised aggregates only (no personal data).
